Build 220
1. Updated the user approval flow - 1 step, instead of 2 steps
2. Added User table db columns for data fix and allow notes (prepare for future functions)
3. Caching enabled with reports (looked VUCache objects)
4. fixed the email issue - do not display email on share workspace - requires .cs and .css change.
from this build onwards, started to checkin the published folder.
