							4. Pager Number - contact information for critical case callback<br/><br/>

				<note><![CDATA[Cases submitted by you, but not yet processed by NTP Support Staff appear on Open or Pending Cases list.<br/><br/> Once NTP receives the images associated to these cases, NTP support staff will take action - 'accept' or 'return'.  Once NTP staff ‘accept’ or ‘return’ the case, it will move out of this pending area and into the ‘NTP – Accepted or Returned Cases’.

				<heading><![CDATA[Accepted or Rejected Cases ]]></heading>

				<note><![CDATA[If a case is accepted, this indicates that the case has successfully loaded onto NTP servers, all images are accounted for, and necessary reformats and priors have been received.<br/><br/>If a case is ‘Returned’, this indicates there is an issue that needs to be addressed by local staff for this case. NTP Staff will place reasons that the case has been returned into the ‘Technical Notes’ section of the form.<br/><br/>Returned cases will flash in this section, indicating that action by local staff is needed. Click the ‘returned by NTP’ link on returned cases, which will load the case information back into the ‘STAT Case Submission Form’.  Local Staff can update the ‘Technical Notes’ section and once the issues have been addressed; local staff will click on the ‘Reopen’ button on the case.  Reopening a case will resubmit it to the ‘Open Cases’ section to again be verified by NTP staff.
